2. Enquiry Made Simple
Once you’ve got an idea in mind, submit an enquiry through our
Typeform, available on our website, product pages, and even across
our socials. Here, you’ll provide all the necessary details: your club
name, logos, colours, and preferred products.
Within 24 hours, our team will reach out with personalised designs.
Plus, you’ll be connected with a dedicated account manager who
will guide you every step of the way.
3. Finalising the Details
After reviewing the design iterations, we'll send over an Order Form
Sheet for you to fill in with your teams details including product quantities,
sizes, and personalisation options. Once everything is
triple-checked, you sign off on the final copy to confirm your order.
4. Payment Made Flexible
When the design is agreed upon, we’ll email an invoice for payment
via bank transfer. Your order will only move into production after payment confirmation.

5. Production: Where Magic Happens
Once payment is received, your order heads straight to the factory. As
every garment is custom-made, the standard lead time is 6-8 weeks.
During our busiest season (October to December), this can extend to
8-10 weeks due to increased demand. Rest assured, quality is
never compromised.
6. Delivery: Tracking Every Step
As soon as your order ships from the factory, we’ll notify you. Once
collected by DPD, you’ll receive text notifications for real-time tracking,
ensuring your gear arrives safely at your doorstep.
7. Time to Wear with Pride
The moment your teamwear arrives, it’s time to celebrate! Snap
photos, record videos, and share your pride on socials. Don’t forget to
tag us! We love featuring our customers on Instagram and TikTok to
showcase your team in action.
