1. What is the Y1 Custom Referral Scheme?
Our Referral Scheme allows you to become a brand referrer, earning £30 for every successful custom bulk order placed using your unique code. Additionally, the organiser using your code receives a free item in their bulk order. Please note, this scheme is valid only on custom bulk orders (minimum order of 15 units) and is not applicable to Y1 Hockey or Y1 Sport orders.
2. How does the design process work?
After completing our Y1 Custom Enquiry form, one of our account managers will reach out with bespoke designs. We'll collaborate through as many iterations as needed to ensure your product is perfect. You can also design some products on our 3D Kit Builders and order straight from there.
3. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, a minimum order of 15 units applies to one specific item and design. You can meet this requirement by combining team orders or mixing embroidered and non-embroidered fleeces of the same design.
4. What is Delivery like?
Our standard lead time is 6-8 weeks post-payment. For faster delivery, our ENVO2.1 range offers a 3-week lead time and is customisable with your logo and text. We also provide a selection of less bespoke products with a 2-week turnaround. If you require further assistance, please reach out to us.
5. Can I request a custom sample before ordering?
We don't offer custom samples, but we provide sizing references. You might consider borrowing from university clubs for sizing. Additionally, our social media channels and Community pages showcase models wearing various sizes for your reference.
6. Can I add someone to the order after payment?
Once an order is paid for, we cannot add items. We recommend placing a new order for additional items or including them in your next batch.
7. Can I have multiple logos or extra text on my items?
Absolutely! You can enhance your items with additional logos or text for £3.50 per item/text, allowing for greater personalisation. All our products pricing includes one standard logo and most include one line of standard text too.
