Y1 Custom Shipping Policy

At Y1 Custom, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. That's why we offer free shipping on all our bespoke products. The cost of delivery is already included in our tiered pricing, so you don't have to worry about any hidden fees—what you see is what you get!

Shipping Process:

1. Manufacturing and Transit:

   • All of our custom-made products are carefully crafted in our overseas factories. Once your order is complete, it is shipped to our UK holding facility for final processing.

2. Final Delivery:

   • From our UK holding facility, your order is handed over to DPD for delivery to your designated address. We work with DPD to ensure your package is delivered at the earliest convenience.

3. Tracking Your Order:

   • As soon as your parcel is with DPD, you'll receive tracking details via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

• Address Changes:
  • Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Once your order has been shipped from our manufacturing factory, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
