All teamwear has a 30-day guarantee through normal use.

Personalised/Customised items such as playing shirts and items with initials are not eligible for refunds. It is the customer's liability should they input the wrong squad number/initials with their order and Y1 is not held liable for this.

For all other club teamwear items, please return to the returns address below  within 14 days for a refund on your item:

Please note: We do not offer exchanges on teamwear items. Please create a new order through the website to receive the good(s) that you desire.

Refunds (if applicable)

We only refund items if they are obviously defective, damaged, or different from the signed order document. If you need more information send us an email at customerservices@y1sport.com and we will advise you about next steps.
