Follow this simple guide and start designing your perfect boonie hat today!
Step 1: Head Over to Our Website
First things first, go to www.y1custom.com. Once you’re on the homepage, navigate to the ‘Kit Builder’ section in the top menu and select ‘Boonie.’ This will take you to our interactive 3D kit builder.
Step 2: Pick Your Product
Once inside the Kit Builder, choose the boonie hat product to get started. Our kit builder allows you to visualise and customise every detail before placing your order.
Step 3: Select Your Favourite Design & Colours
Now for the fun part – customisation!
Select from two base designs to start with. Don’t worry, you can still edit everything from this point onwards.

Step 4: Add Your Logo & Text
Make it truly yours by adding your club logo, initials, or custom text.

Upload your logo in high quality (we recommend using a PNG file with no background for the best results).

Step 5: Final Check & Place Your Order
